A Twittering

So far for me it's been: a twittering here, a twittering there. One of my summer projects was to learn Twitter. I'm @Andrew_Oleksiuk in the twitterverse. I've used Twitter in the classic sense of social media: to meet new people with similar interests to mine. I definitely like interacting with new people via hashtags. It makes finding people with similar interests easy. I've even seen the value of unfollowing certain people who can be annoying. There are also many, many, corporate tweets - the Twitter is clearly in used by mainstream media and corporate interests. Since I also use postal mail, blogging and Facebook for social networking, I see the value of Twitter as a knowledge networking tool.
