A highlight of the Chicago Philatelic Society's Annual Holiday Party is the announcement of the recipient of the annual Russo Award, presented for the most outstanding program given at a Society membership meeting during the past year. Those who were fortunate enough to attend the March 20, 2008 meeting were not really surprised that the 2008 Russo Award went to Andy Oleksiuk who wowed the members that evening with his presentation of "Images from the Columbia College Student Stamp Art Project."
