Bicycling Israel and the Palestinian Territories
A lecture and slide show by George Christensen of a month-long, solo, self-supported, wild-camping bicycle ride around the perimeter of Israel in February, 2008. Along the way he detoured into Egypt, swam in the four seas of Israel (the Med, the Dead, the Red and the Galilee), took a walk along the Via Dolorosa, joined Jerusalem's Critical Mass bike ride and had a few encounters with the Israeli Defense Force.
