Soccer, or futbol, is my latest obsession. I am following four leagues, each in a different stage of their seasons. International soccer is so fascinating, it's hard to keep up. Here is a list of my favorite teams:

MLS: Chicago Fire, Real Salt Lake

Liga MX: UANL Tigres

Ukraine: Lviv Karpaty, Shakhtar Donetsk

Bundesliga: Eintracht Frankfurt

I pick each team for a reason, some of which may be obvious if you know me at all. Other picks, like Tigres are purely coincidental. To the extent that I am also following the league play, I also keep an eye on the national teams, regional and other competitions like Fifa World Cup.
