Decentralized Networker Congress 2012 taking place November 2 - 4 will feature gallery exhibition, aggregate net action, mixed reality and telephone pranks. Wherever in the course of 2012 two or more artists/networkers meet shall constitute a congress. The ongoing role of the networker will be the topic of discussion.
