Performance with Isabel Valverde


Participated in an improvised virtual world dance performance as part of PSI 16: Performing Publics at Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) in Choreographing the Public: Physical-Virtual Embodied Interfaces for Audience Participation in Second Life® Performance Environment as a guest collaborator with Isabel Valverde, Institute of Human Studies and Intelligent Technologies, Lisbon.

    I would like to ask you for some comment about your experience in this work. It will be important to develop the next performance which will be coming in July.

    Your work seems great! Mixing analog and digital modes of creating and communicating, being inclusive about the different interwoven interfaces that we are and can be.

    Yes! I like your attitude of socializing along with making art also in MUVEs!!! But I think we need to develop more embodied inclusive modes, to be involved with experiencing with our full bodies as much as we have been with words.
