Agricultural products.
Articles of cultural value (works of art, collectors’ pieces, and antiques).
Coins; banknotes; currency; securities of any kind payable to bearer; traveler’s checks; platinum, gold, and silver (manufactured or not); precious stones; jewelry; and other valuable articles are prohibited.
Medicines and medicinal products.
Passports and personal identity cards are prohibited entry in all classes of mail, including Express Mail International shipments.
Prescription narcotics and psychotropic drugs which have potentially addictive or hallucinogenic effects.
