Electronic Visualization Graduate Seminar

We are reading the book, Media Art Histories, edited by Oliver Grau. The section headings include Origins: Evolution Versus Revolution, Machine-Media-Exhibition, Pop Meets Science, and Image Science. I presented Edward Shanken's Historicizing Art and Technology: Forging a Method and Firing a Canon. I think the presentation went well. We're reading approximately two chapters a week, and not in the order they appear.
